Wisdom of Psychosis began as a book. This summit is its celebration, and an invitation to bring different worlds into conversation around altered states, consciousness, crisis and transformation. I am delighted to be contributing to this upcoming online summit on the magic of plants. We will be discussing anthropocentrism and the recovery of animist perception. I'm excited to share that the next round of The Mythic Body course by Josh Schrei of The Emerald Podcast has just been released, with some key changes that will allow for more folks to join and to provide communal continuity beyond the initial year-long format that it's had these last 4 years. I've had the great joy and privilege of being a course assistant and community manager since its inception and a co-facilitator of the course material for the last two years alongside the amazing Eve Bradford and Portia Richardson.

This first series, Attending to the More-Than-Human World, explores the ethics of attention –why it matters when we unhook our minds and attention from human privilege and ground in the perspectives of Animals, Plants, Rivers, Seas, Forests. Six incisive thinkers discuss ways to pay deep and loving attention to Animals and Plants. Through various approaches – empathy, shared embodiment, animism and holism – they offer thoughtful and practical guidance on how the well-being and self-determination of our fellow earth-beings can be supported and revitalized. Skye Cielita Flor will be joining us on March 14th to share a titled: Reawakening Animate Relationship – Attention, Feeling and the Dreaming Mind
